"My father has been a resident at the Reserve for nearly a year and he is happy living in the facility and appreciates the care givers who look after him. The chef prepares nutritious and tasty meals for the residents and looks after their special dietary needs. The staff are willing to answer any questions the family may have and help to coordinate residents' care with the input from family members. We feel lucky we found the Reserve as we now consider it Home!" Sue M.
"My mom has resided at The Reserve for a year and a half. Things have not always been so great. The turn over with executive directors has been such an issue. The past few months I have seen such a positive change at the facility. The facility has a new executive director Renysia and she has made a huge impact on the facility in such a short time. She takes complaints seriously and resolves issues in a reasonable time. A few bad apples have been weeded out. My mom is happy and I feel comfortable knowing she has great staff that help assist in her care. Some of the great staff include Tish, Dequan, Nakeia, Jennifer, Dawn, Lynisha, Miami, Chelsea, Mj, the list goes on the facility is full of great staff that are caring, patient and very loving. An extra bonus is Brandy the activity director. All I can say is she is AMAZING!!!! She brings out the best in each and every resident! Kudos to you all for all of your hard work. "My Daddy has only been here for a month and we are loving it. The staff and managers are very attentive to the residents needs. Daddy now holds a Bible study and plays his guitar for them. Brandy does a great job ensuring there are plenty of activities. The facility is clean and all the residents seem very relaxed and happy.
